How To Shortlist For A Talent
Click on “Talent Pool” from the sidebar.

You will see the talent pool available on the platform from various sources.

From the menu at the top, you can select the job you want to attract talents for.

Select the job you want to start sourcing talents for.

You will see a card for each talent containing all the details you need.

Quick information is shown here so you can browse through a large number of talents quickly and easily.

From here, you can compare one talent with another to see the differences between them and determine who is most suitable for the job.


After finishing the comparison, you can click on “Close Comparison” to end it and return to the main page.

You can also bookmark talents so you can return to them easily later.

You can also filter talents according to your needs.

You can also click on “Ask Azzam AI” to use the AI assistant Azzam inside the platform to ask about the most suitable talents based on your company’s needs.

A side conversation will open, allowing you to ask Azzam what you need so he can recommend the right talents for you.


By clicking on a talent, you can view all their details up close and learn more about them.

Through the menus here, you can view details about past experiences, as well as the educational background of the talents and other specific details.

You can also download the talent’s CV to your device for review and safekeeping.

If you want to attract a talent to your company, all you need to do is click on “Shortlist”, which will send an email to the talent so they can accept or reject the opportunity.

A yellow label stating “Awaiting Talent Confirmation” will appear, meaning the talent has not yet accepted the opportunity. There will be a 30-day window, and if the talent does not respond within that period, the opportunity will be automatically declined and marked as rejected.

If the talent accepts the opportunity, you will see “Shortlisted”, and you can then move the talent into the job’s application workflow, assign the appropriate assessment, schedule interviews, and eventually hire them into the company.
