Olo has announced a strategic partnership with Labayh, a leading organization in psychology and human behavior, to develop a specialized standardized assessment designed to analyze and measure the behavioral and emotional competencies of talents registered through the Hailaman platform, one of Olo’s core products for recruitment operations.
This partnership aims to deliver a precise and comprehensive assessment tool that combines Labayh’s expertise in psychological and behavioral measurement with Hailaman’s scientific methodology in talent evaluation and management. The new assessment will support organizations in making more accurate hiring decisions and in developing the capabilities of local talent to meet the needs of the Saudi labor market.
